Role & responsibilities

Implement, configure, and enhance Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud solutions.

Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.

Configure custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, workflows, and flows.

Design and optimize lead-to-opportunity, account management, and case management processes.

Support integrations with third-party applications and enterprise systems.

Create reports, dashboards, and analytics for business stakeholders.

Participate in data migration, testing, UAT, deployment, and production support activities.

Collaborate with developers, architects, and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Provide end-user training and support.

Required Skills





5+ years of Salesforce experience with strong expertise in:

Salesforce Sales Cloud

Salesforce Service Cloud

Experience in Lead Management, Chance Management, Quotes, Forecasting, and Territory Management.

Solid knowledge of Case Management, Knowledge Base, Omnichannel, and Service Console.

Experience in Salesforce Flow, Process Automation, and Approval Processes.

Hands-on experience with Reports, Dashboards, and Data Management.

Understanding of Salesforce Security Model, Profiles, Roles, and Permission Sets.

Knowledge of integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.

Solid stakeholder management and communication skills.
