Job Overview

We are currently looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our retail staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting shoppers, and driving sales to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities
Customer Assistance: Greet and engage customers in a friendly and approachable manner, assisting them with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases to meet their needs and preferences.
Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our products, including features, perks, and pricing, to effectively communicate product information and address customer queries.
Sales Generation: Actively promote and upsell products to drive sales and achieve sales targets, utilizing persuasive selling techniques and product demonstrations as needed.
Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized,



and visually appealing store environment by restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring product availability and presentation meet company standards.

Qualifications
Minimum 12th Passout
Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work well in a team workplace and collaborate with colleagues
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate
Panipat, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
