– SAP Executive (Contemporary Trade) - DEO

Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound transactions in SAP, including Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), deliveries, and sales postings for Modern Trade customers.
Create, process, and monitor sales orders, delivery challans, and billing documents in SAP as per Modern Trade requirements.
Coordinate closely with warehouse, logistics, and dispatch teams to ensure accurate and timely posting of material movements.
Maintain inventory accuracy by reconciling physical stock with SAP records on a daily basis.
Generate and share daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to stock, dispatch, secondary sales, and returns for Modern Trade accounts.
Support depot-to-depot and depot-to-distributor stock transfers and ensure correct SAP documentation.
Handle Modern Trade returns, damaged/expired goods, short supply adjustments, and reversals in SAP.




Liaise with the Accounts and Finance teams to ensure correct invoice posting, billing accuracy, and compliance with MT commercial terms.
Assist during periodic physical stock audits, investigate variances, and close discrepancies in SAP.
Ensure data accuracy, system discipline, and compliance with Parle company policies and Contemporary Trade SOPs.
Support smooth coordination with Contemporary Trade customers (such as Reliance, D-Mart, Big Bazaar, etc.) by ensuring timely documentation and dispatch readiness.

location: Bakoli Experience: minimum 2year required

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
