Design, develop, test, and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails.
Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services.
Develop scalable, high-performance backend systems and business logic.
Collaborate with product managers, architects, UX designers, and frontend developers.
Optimize application performance, reliability, and security.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Implement automated testing and continuous integration pipelines.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and estimation activities.
Create and maintain technical documentation.
