Identify and generate current customers through field visits.
Explain chit fund schemes, perks, payment schedules, terms, and conditions to prospective customers.
Achieve assigned monthly enrollment and collection targets.
Develop and maintain good relationships with customers.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into chit enrollments.
Coordinate with the branch and operations team for customer onboarding and documentation.
Ensure timely collection of chit installments from customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, enrollments, and collections.
Visit customers regularly and provide support for their queries and requirements.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
