Roles and Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for Home Loan / LAP products
Conduct field work including market visits, builder meets, and connector visits for lead generation
Handle end-to-end sales process from sourcing to disbursement
Develop and implement sales strategies to expand business
Build solid relationships with customers and channel partners
Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement
Desired Candidate Profile
0- 6 months of experience in sales executive or similar role in the NBFC industry (housing finance preferred).
Solid understanding of home loan/LAP/housing finance concepts and regulations.
Proven track record of achieving business targets through effective leadership and strategy implementation.
Excellent communication skills with ability to build robust relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
