100% US Eastern Time — India Night Shift

Approx. 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST , with seasonal adjustment during US winter.

We are a fast-growing US business group headquartered in Current York, operating across New York, Recent Jersey, and Connecticut .

Our businesses operate in fire and water damage restoration, construction, insurance claims, and residential real estate investment . Our growing operations generate continuous legal activity involving contracts, insurance claims, mechanic's liens, litigation, and real estate transactions.

We are building a strong remote legal team in India to support our expanding US operations.

⚖️ The Role

We are hiring ONE exceptional, ambitious, and energetic Legal Associate / Attorney to become an integral part of our legal operations.

You will work directly with company ownership and alongside experienced US attorneys, supporting matters involving:

- Construction disputes and contracts
- Insurance claims
- Mechanic's liens and enforcement
- Lawsuits and litigation support
- Real estate matters

Training and exposure to relevant US legal procedures and business practices , particularly relating to New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut , will be provided. We are looking for someone with excellent drafting skills, speed, ownership, persistence,



and relentless follow-through .

? Key Responsibilities

- Draft construction agreements, subcontractor agreements, change orders, and settlement agreements.
- Draft complaints, demand letters, notices of default, and other legal submissions under the supervision of US attorneys.
- Support mechanic's lien preparation, filing coordination, and enforcement actions.
- Assist with insurance claims by assembling documentation, coordinating with adjusters and carriers, and tracking claims through resolution.
- Communicate, negotiate, and follow up with vendors, subcontractors, opposing parties, and insurance representatives.
- Manage court deadlines, filing schedules, litigation calendars, and attorney follow-ups.
- Conduct legal research on US construction, lien, insurance, litigation, and real estate matters.
- Maintain live case trackers and provide weekly litigation and claims status reports.
- Ensure deadlines, follow-ups, and critical legal tasks never slip through the cracks.

? Must-Have Requirements
- Must be willing and able to work FULL-TIME during US Eastern Time hours.
- India night shift commitment is mandatory.
- LL.B. from a reputed/top-tier law school.
- Enrolled with the Bar Council of India .
- 2–5 years of experience in litigation, contracts, commercial law, or related legal practice.




- Exceptional recent graduates with outstanding drafting and research skills may also be considered.
- Excellent English drafting and communication skills — precise, persuasive, professional, and error-free.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to US legal procedures and American business practices.
- Strong coordination, organization, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Qualified, pleasant, and easy to work with.
- Three professional references are mandatory and will be verified.
- Long-term mindset with the ambition to grow into a senior legal leadership role.
