Key Responsibilities

1. Trainer Hiring & Evaluation

- Build a database of freelance trainers
- Source trainers from LinkedIn, communities, referrals, and job portals
- Conduct initial screening
- Verify certifications and industry experience
- Coordinate technical demo sessions
- Maintain trainer scorecards

1. Trainer Onboarding

- Trainer contracts and documentation
- LMS and platform onboarding
- Delivery SOP training
- Client expectation briefing
- Assessment guidelines

1. Delivery Management

- Allocate trainers to programs
- Manage trainer schedules
- Ensure trainer availability
- Arrange backup trainers
- Resolve delivery issues

1. Quality Assurance- Can be done by QA team

- Attend sessions periodically
- Collect learner feedback
- Review trainer ratings
- Conduct quarterly trainer reviews
