Job Title: Learning Content & GenAI Specialist

We are looking for a Learning Content & GenAI Specialist with 3 to 5 years of experience in content development, GenAI, multimedia editing, quality assurance, and data reporting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging learning content, leveraging Generative AI tools, developing multimedia assets, and ensuring the quality and effectiveness of learning materials.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain high-quality learning and training content.
- Leverage Generative AI tools to create, enhance, and optimize content.
- Create and edit videos, multimedia assets, presentations, and other digital learning materials.
- Perform content QA, technical reviews, proofreading, and validation.
- Collaborate with HR, Learning & Development, SMEs, and business teams to understand content requirements.
- Analyze learning/content data and prepare reports, dashboards, and performance insights.
- Ensure content accuracy, consistency, usability, and adherence to organizational standards.
- Continuously explore emerging GenAI and digital learning technologies to improve content development processes.
- Support content maintenance,



updates, and version management.

Required Experience

- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in content development, learning & development, digital learning, multimedia content, or related areas.

- Solid analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Education Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience demonstrating the required capabilities.

Work Schedule

- Shift: General Shift with 2-hour overlap with US business hours
- Weekoffs: Saturday & Sunday
