We are looking for a Lead .Net L3 Production Support (US Healthcare + Automation) with solid technical expertise and leadership capabilities to support critical healthcare applications and integration workflows. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience leading support teams, and a proactive approach to incident management and automation. /n /n Key Responsibilities /n /n

- Lead L3 production support for Facets / Guiding Care integrations and related healthcare applications.

/n

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues involving APIs, middleware, application logs, and SQL databases.

/n

- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement minor bug fixes/enhancements using C#/.NET .

/n

- Develop Python-based or any kind of automation (RPA) for monitoring, configuration validation, and regression testing.

/n

- Collaborate with Support, Development, QA, and Infrastructure teams on incident resolution, hotfixes, and releases.

/n

- Monitor integration endpoints, identify performance bottlenecks, and ensure system reliability.

/n

- Maintain knowledge base articles, troubleshooting guides, and support documentation.

/n





- Participate in a 24x7 on-call support model and drive major incident management activities.

/n

- Mentor team members and provide technical leadership for production support initiatives.

/n /n /n Required Skills /n /n

- 9+ years of experience in Application/Production Support.

/n

- Strong hands-on experience with C#/.NET, Python (added advantage), and SQL Server .

/n

- Expertise in troubleshooting REST APIs, integrations, middleware, and database issues .

/n

- Experience with healthcare applications and integration workflows (Guiding Care preferred).

/n

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

/n

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead discussions and coordinate across teams.

- Healthcare/Payer domain experience.

- Exposure to Azure/AWS, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
