The Role

We’re looking for a Lead Full Stack Engineer with strong JavaScript/TypeScript expertise across Node.js and React.js .

This is a hands-on technical leadership role where you’ll build scalable systems, solve complex engineering problems, mentor engineers, and influence architecture and technical direction.

You won’t just write code. You’ll own problems end-to-end.

What You’ll Own

- Build and ship production-grade features across Node.js and React.js.
- Design scalable APIs, microservices, and integrations.
- Build data pipelines and real-time systems using Kafka, Redis Streams, or similar.
- Own database design, performance, and scalability across SQL and NoSQL systems.
- Drive technical design reviews, code quality, and engineering practices.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to technical decisions.
- Build reliable, observable systems and improve production performance.

What We’re Looking For

- 5–7 years of hands-on full-stack engineering experience.
- Robust JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and React.js expertise.
- Experience with APIs, microservices, and event-driven architecture.




- Strong SQL and experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL.
- Working knowledge of MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch, and PySpark .
- Experience with data pipelines, Kafka/RabbitMQ, cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
- Strong understanding of testing, code reviews, system design, and performance optimisation.
- Ability to mentor engineers and lead technical decisions.

Data: Kafka, Redis Streams, ETL, dbt, Airflow

Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch

Infra: AWS/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD

Observability: Datadog, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, ELK
