Role & responsibilities

- Lead Production Planning & Inventory Control (PPIC) to ensure timely production and on-time deliveries.

- Prepare production schedules, demand forecasts, and material plans while maintaining optimum inventory levels.

- Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Stores, Quality, and Engineering teams for seamless operations.

- Monitor production performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive process improvements to enhance productivity.

- Ensure compliance with quality standards and efficient resource utilization.

- Lead and mentor the PPIC team and prepare MIS reports and operational KPIs for management.

Preferred candidate profile

- Engineering graduate with 15+ years of experience in Production Planning & Inventory Control (PPIC).





- Strong experience in Pharma Machinery / Engineering Manufacturing industry.

- Expertise in production planning, scheduling, inventory management, demand forecasting, and material planning.

- Hands-on experience with ERP systems and MS Excel.

- Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and team management skills.

- Experience in managing cross-functional coordination and process improvement initiatives.
