Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Lead Pega Developer with 7+ years of hands-on Pega experience and a mandatory Pega LSA (Lead System Architect) certification.

The candidate will be responsible for leading Pega solution design, architecture, development, and technical delivery for enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and development of scalable Pega applications and enterprise solutions.
- Own technical architecture and ensure solutions follow Pega best practices and enterprise architecture standards.
- Translate business and functional requirements into robust Pega technical solutions.
- Design and implement complex case management, workflows, business rules, integrations, and UI solutions.
- Provide technical leadership to Pega developers and guide the team on design and development practices.
- Review application architecture, technical designs, code, and implementation approaches.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, and performant.
- Design and develop integrations using REST, SOAP, APIs, messaging, and other enterprise integration patterns.
- Identify opportunities to improve application performance and optimize Pega implementations.
- Conduct technical reviews, code reviews, and design walkthroughs.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams,



project managers, and client stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide appropriate solutions.
- Mentor developers and establish development best practices.
- Ensure adherence to Pega guardrails, development standards, security practices, and deployment processes.

Required Skills :

- 7+ years of overall Pega development experience.
- Pega LSA (Lead System Architect) certification is mandatory for this role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Pega Platform / Pega Infinity.
- Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise Pega solutions.
- Strong knowledge of Pega Case Management, workflows, rules, integrations, and data modeling.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integrations.
- Strong understanding of Pega architecture and application design.
- Experience with performance optimization and troubleshooting.
- Robust knowledge of Pega development best practices and guardrails.
- Experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.

Certification Requirement :

- Pega LSA (Lead System Architect) certification is mandatory for this role.
- Candidates without LSA certification should not be considered.
