Preferred Experience:

10 to 12 years of software development experience, with extensive hands-on experience in Java 21 for building enterprise-grade applications.

- Solid working experience in Spring Boot 3.x and Spring Framework 6.x, including designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services and APIs.

- Hands-on experience with ORM frameworks such as Hibernate or JPA for data persistence, entity modelling, and transaction management.

- Working experience with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Oracle, including database design, SQL development, stored procedures, and query optimization.

- Experience in containerization using Docker and Kubernetes and deploying enterprise applications to Azure OpenShift or similar container platforms.

- Experience in developing responsive and user-friendly UI applications using React and Redux frameworks.

- Proven experience in performance tuning of Java-based applications, APIs, database queries, and application components to improve scalability, response time, and reliability.

- Perform hands-on development of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions, including responsive UI development, aligned with product requirements and engineering standards.

- Translate business and technical requirements into robust application features, reusable components, APIs, and backend services.

- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design notes, code documentation, deployment details, and knowledge transfer artefacts.

- Conduct peer reviews of design, code, and deliverables to ensure quality, maintainability, security, and adherence to agreed engineering practices.
