Role & responsibilities
Staff Supervision: Assign tasks, schedule shifts, train current hires, monitor performance, and provide coaching.
Quality Control: Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure they meet cleanliness and brand standards, reporting needed repairs.
Inventory & Supplies: Monitor, order, and manage cleaning supplies, linens, and equipment, arranging for repairs or replacements.
Guest Satisfaction: Address guest complaints and requests professionally, ensuring high customer service.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce all safety, sanitation, and hygiene policies, including proper handling of biomedical waste in healthcare settings.
Operations: Develop cleaning protocols, report to management, and coordinate with other departments for room readiness.
