Responsible for maintenance of mechanical power presses, pneumatic presses, hydraulic presses, and stamping machines.
Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of power press machines and associated equipment.
Familiarity with TPM, OEE, MTTR, MTBF, and maintenance planning.
Ability to read mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic drawings.
Train and guide maintenance technicians/operators in basic machine inspection, lubrication, and secure operation.
Participate in TPM, Kaizen, 5S, OEE improvement, and continuous-improvement activities.
Ensure maximum machine availability and reliability while maintaining secure working conditions
