Robust hands-on implementation and configuration experience across Oracle Fusion Finance, including:
General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Payable (AP)
Accounts Receivable (AR)
Fixed Assets (FA)
Cash Management (CM)
Expense Management
Advanced Collections
Revenue Management
Risk Management

Key Requirements
Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in Oracle ERP Finance implementations, with strong Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials experience.
Must have completed at least one proven end-to-end Oracle Fusion Finance implementation through successful go-live.
Strong implementation experience within the Construction, and Real Estate industries is mandatory.
Experience across additional industries will be considered an advantage.
Ability to prepare and conduct Oracle Fusion HCM demonstration sessions for customers using demo environments, covering relevant business scenarios and HCM capabilities.
Strong hands-on experience in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design and Oracle Fusion configuration.
Experience conducting CRP, SIT and UAT, including issue resolution and business-user support.




Strong understanding of Finance business processes and ability to translate business requirements into Oracle Fusion solutions.
Experience with data migration, integrations, financial reporting and coordination with technical teams.
Ability to prepare functional documentation, test scenarios, training materials and implementation deliverables.
Experience supporting cutover, go-live and post-production/hypercare activities.
Solid stakeholder management, problem-solving and communication skills.

Candidate Profile
Fluent English communication is mandatory.
Arabic language capability is an advantage.
Oracle Fusion Financials certification is preferred.
Ability to work independently within an offshore delivery model and collaborate with onsite/customer-facing teams.
Flexible to work extended hours when required during critical project phases, including testing, cutover and go-live.
