Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Assist passengers at the airport with check-in, baggage handling, and boarding procedures to ensure a smooth travel experience.
Baggage Handling: Manage the loading and unloading of luggage from aircraft, ensuring items are handled carefully and safely.
Ground Operations Support: Collaborate with team members to facilitate efficient ground operations, including aircraft preparation and turnaround.
Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures to maintain a secure workplace for passengers and staff.
Information Assistance: Provide passengers with information about flight schedules, gate changes, and airport services to enhance their travel experience.
