We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have 10 to 15 years of experience in the manufacturing industry and a strong background in engineering principles.

Key Responsibilities:
Process Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
Technical Support: Provide support during the production process to troubleshoot issues, ensuring that equipment and processes run smoothly.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, quality, and supply chain, to align manufacturing activities with business goals.
Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation related to manufacturing processes, including workflow charts and standard operating procedures, to ensure consistency.
Training: Train and mentor junior engineers and production staff on best practices and new technologies to enhance team skill levels.
Compliance: Ensure that all manufacturing processes comply with industry standards, safety regulations,



and environmental practices.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should hold a degree in Engineering or a related field, with significant experience in manufacturing roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential. Proficiency with manufacturing tools and technologies is expected. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills to coordinate with various teams effectively. A positive understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is preferred. The ability to work in a rapid-paced setting and manage multiple projects simultaneously is crucial for success in this role.
