Job Description Position: Director – Delivery Operations – Medical Coding

n Experience: 18+ years of solid Medical Coding leadership experience
n Joining: Immediate / Candidates serving very short notice preferred
n Key Requirements
n n 18+ years of overall experience with strong expertise in Medical Coding operations .
n Proven leadership experience managing large-scale Medical Coding delivery operations 500+ FTE‘s .
n Solid understanding of US Healthcare / RCM and Medical Coding processes .
n Experience managing large teams, operational performance, productivity, quality and client SLAs.
n Robust exposure to P&L; / financial management, operational metrics and continuous improvement .
n Proven experience in stakeholder and client management at senior levels.
n Strong people leadership, transformation and process excellence capabilities.
n Candidates currently working at Director / Senior Director / AVP / equivalent level would be preferred.
