Updating the Services Calendar status Weekly
Align in resources assignment
Budget review
PR / PO Related Work
Dashboard related work like checking the Engineer visit status, create the Service Team Dashboard and circulate.
Initiate WRM for Services Group
Data collection from different sections( Services execution team)consolidate the data and present that to the Services management
Collection of Resources planning along with the utilization and forecast
To follow up and receive the JMS / MOM with FAE or Site In charge.
Upload the MOM on X-info, Post JMS on Ebiz.
Data for Invoicing.
Collection follow up and status update.
Voucher submission for Embedded / Remote Engineers.
HR Compliance data preparation and circulation.
Follow up with buyer / accounts for JMS / Invoice / Payment related queries.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
