Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement SAP ABAP programs including reports, interfaces, enhancements, conversions, and forms.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and debugging of ABAP programs.
Participate in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in SAP ECC systems.
Maintain and support existing SAP ABAP applications.
Work closely with business users, functional consultants, and IT teams.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and internal processes.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
4–8 years of hands-on experience as an SAP ABAP Developer.
Robust knowledge of ABAP/4, Object-Oriented ABAP.
Robust experience with SAP GUI and ABAP Workbench.
Mandatory hands-on experience in Module Pool programming.
Mandatory knowledge of ABAP Proxy objects (SPROXY) and SAP integrations.
Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality.
Valuable to Have
Experience working in SAP ECC AMS / Support environments.
Knowledge of SAP FS-CM and claims processing.
