Required Qualifications
Experience as a ServiceNow Developer delivering end-to-end platform solutions.
Mandatory: Experience with case management, service delivery workflows, or constituent-facing solutions.
Mandatory: Robust hands-on experience with ServiceNow UI Builder.
Mandatory: Experience building and configuring ServiceNow workspaces, including modern agent/user experiences, page composition, components, navigation, and data-driven interactions.
Robust ServiceNow platform development experience, including JavaScript, Flow Designer, Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, ACLs, integrations, and configuration.
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions across design, build, test, and deployment.
Solid problem-solving and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications
Desired: Experience with ServiceNow Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS).
Experience with Now Experience Framework.
ServiceNow certifications such as CSA or CAD.
