About the Role /n The role involves comprehensive financial planning and analysis to support the company‘s strategic objectives and ensure profitability. /n /n Responsibilities /n Financial planning for the company at regular intervals /n Scenario testing at multiple levels in planning /n Tracking and monitoring company’s profitability /n Release Weekly/monthly/quarterly MIS capturing the status and progress of business and profitability and Actual V/s Plan Variance analysis /n Statistical analysis and reporting /n Driving automation of MIS reports and goal at solving the issues end to end /n Interpret data and develop recommendations based on finding /n Develop graphs, reports,



and management presentations for committee meetings at set frequency /n Troubleshooting & validation of various data requests /n Coordinating with inter-departments /n Timeliness, accuracy & efficiency throughout /n Leading team of 2 -3people & Work as a team player and support the team for various ongoing projects and tasks assigned from time to time. /n /n Qualifications /n CA /n Required Skills /n Solid analytical skills /n Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis /n Excellent communication and presentation skills /n Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment /n Preferred Skills /n Experience with financial software and tools /n Knowledge of industry trends and best practices /n
