Job Summary

Rohan Corporation is seeking an experienced Landscape & Garden Manager to oversee the planning, development, and maintenance of landscaped areas, gardens, lawns, parks, and green spaces across residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, develop, and maintain gardens, lawns, landscapes, and green spaces.
- Supervise daily horticulture and gardening activities across project sites.
- Monitor plant health and implement pest, disease, and weed control measures.
- Manage irrigation systems, watering schedules, and soil health programs.
- Prepare seasonal plantation and landscape maintenance plans.
- Oversee pruning, trimming, fertilization, transplantation, and lawn care activities.
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement of plants, fertilizers, pesticides, tools, and landscaping materials.
- Lead, train, and manage gardeners, supervisors, and landscaping staff.
- Ensure proper maintenance of parks, green belts, avenue plantations, and common areas.
- Prepare maintenance schedules, budgets,



and monthly reports.
- Implement sustainable landscaping practices and environmental standards.
- Coordinate with project and facility management teams for landscape development projects.

Required Qualifications
- B.Sc./M.Sc. in Horticulture, Agriculture, Forestry, Botany, Landscape Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in landscaping, horticulture, or garden management.
- Experience in real estate, residential, commercial, or hospitality projects preferred.
- Solid knowledge of plant care, irrigation systems, and landscape maintenance.
