Nobell Micropath Laboratory is looking for a dedicated and skilled Lab Technician to join our team for the Night Shift.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform laboratory testing and sample processing as per standard protocols.
- Handle and process clinical samples accurately and efficiently.
- Operate laboratory equipment and analyzers safely.
- Maintain accurate test records, reports, and documentation.
- Follow quality control, biosafety, and laboratory safety procedures.
- Ensure proper sample identification, handling, storage, and disposal.
- Coordinate with senior technicians, pathologists, and other laboratory staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of the laboratory area.
- Report any technical issues, discrepancies, or critical findings to the concerned senior staff.
Candidate Profile
- Qualification: DMLT / B.Sc. MLT / B.Sc. Microbiology or equivalent.
- Previous laboratory experience will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of routine laboratory procedures and sample handling.
- Ability to work independently during the night shift.
- Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
