Role

Own and resolve L2 customer and logistics escalations across forward and reverse shipments while managing relationships with last-mile partners.

Responsibilities

Manage cases involving missing, damaged, delayed, wrong-product and failed deliveries.

Manage forward & reverse logistics, RTOs and return pickups.

Coordinate with courier partners and internal teams to drive issues to closure within

TAT.

Maintain strong relationships with last-mile logistics partners.

Create and track manual orders for samples, replacements and other requirements.

Maintain escalation and logistics trackers.

Use Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and reconciliation.

Identify recurring issues and drive process improvements.

What We're Looking For

1–4 years experience in logistics, e-commerce operations or customer support.

Experience with last-mile/courier partners preferred.

Excellent coordination, communication and follow-up skills.

Strong ownership and ability to get things done.

Good command of Excel/Google Sheets.

Comfortable working in a quick-paced environment.

Location: Bengaluru
