Job Summary: We are seeking a Kronos Consultant with deep expertise in compliance and configuration. You will manage core timekeeping functions, design intricate pay rules, and ensure accurate labor tracking. The ideal candidate will translate complex HR policies into automated system rules while maintaining seamless integration with payroll systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure core Kronos modules, focusing heavily on Timekeeping and Attendance.

- Design and update complex Pay Rules, Work Rules, and Shift Patterns.

- Build custom Accrual profiles, balances, and grant structures.

- Develop data links and interfaces using Kronos WIM.

- Analyze labor laws and company policies to update system compliance.

- Troubleshoot pay calculations, historical corrections,



and employee totals.

- Support payroll processing by resolving automated timecard errors.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Core Skills: Advanced expertise in Timekeeping, Pay Rules, and Accruals.

- Experience: 6+ years in Kronos configuration and deployment.

- Platform: Hands-on mastery of [Workforce Central / UKG Dimensions].

- Technical: Proven proficiency with Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) and SQL.

- Problem-Solving: Ability to debug complex pay calculation glitches.
