The Social Belly is looking for a hands-on Kitchen Operations Supervisor to work closely with our Head Chef and Restaurant Operations Manager.

The role is focused on ensuring smooth kitchen operations, timely service, quality control, delivery dispatch, inventory and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Kitchen Expo/KOT flow and ensure orders are complete and dispatched on time.
- Coordinate between kitchen stations, service staff and food runners.
- Monitor food quality, portioning, presentation and order turnaround time.
- Manage Zomato/Swiggy delivery dispatch, including packing, sealing and rider handover.
- Ensure proper, spill-proof packaging and order completeness.
- Manage inventory control, stock checks, consumption, wastage and shortages.
- Support implementation and daily management of Petpooja POS/KOT/KDS & Inventory.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene, food-storage, FIFO/FEFO and cleaning standards.
- Ensure mise-en-place and packaging readiness before service.




- Maintain kitchen staff deployment and operational discipline.
- Report daily operational issues to the Head Chef and Restaurant Operations Manager.

Who We're Looking For

- 3+ years of relevant restaurant, hotel, café, QSR or cloud-kitchen experience.
- Experience in kitchen operations, KOT/Expo, inventory and delivery management.
- Familiarity with Petpooja and Zomato/Swiggy preferred.
- Solid organisational, supervisory and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on, disciplined and comfortable managing busy service periods.
