Qualification: ITI / Diploma Electrical / Mechanical / RAC or relevant technical trade

We are looking for a Kitchen Equipment Technician to join our Projects Team. The candidate will be responsible for installation, commissioning, servicing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of commercial kitchen equipment at project sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Install and commission commercial kitchen equipment.
- Carry out electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and gas connections as required.
- Troubleshoot and repair kitchen equipment breakdowns.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Handle equipment such as ovens, cooking equipment, dishwashers, refrigerators, freezers, mixers, grinders, exhaust systems, etc.
- Read basic equipment manuals, wiring diagrams, and installation drawings.
- Conduct testing and ensure proper functioning of equipment.




- Coordinate with Project Engineers and Site Supervisors.
- Attend client/site service requirements and resolve technical issues.
- Maintain service and installation records.
- Follow site safety and company procedures.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in commercial kitchen equipment.
- Basic electrical and mechanical knowledge.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of refrigeration/gas equipment will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work at project sites and travel as required.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Experience Experience in Hotels, Restaurants, Commercial Kitchens, Catering Equipment, Food Service Equipment, or Kitchen Equipment Project Companies will be preferred.

Candidates with relevant ITI/Diploma and robust technical skills are encouraged to apply.
