Role & responsibilities
To independently handle Tool & die design activities.
Design of Recent Tool &
Die Development work. (GDC &
LPDC)
Indenting for material required for Tool Mfg.
To interact technically to CFT for tool & die design related activities.
To coordinate with CFT members regarding the Tool &
Die Design requirement.
Timely submission of Tool &
Die Design to in-house dept. / Vendor and Communication.
Handling with concerned dept. for tool correction.
Ensure accuracy and discipline in work.
Ensure proper documentation of Tool Design activity as per IATF system & customer requirement.
Having knowledge of APQP, Foundry Process, CNC / VMC Operations &
Mfg. process.
Any other task assigned by superior from time to time.
