n Lead a team of senior and junior engineers for manufacturing design for current and current products.
n Supervise and lead people and projects, do project work with team members
n Manage work delivery, work quality and work cadence with clients and team
n Train recent team members on processes and tools
n Expert knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Process Planning, Facilities Layout, Line Design, Standardized Work and Factory Automation
n Expert knowledge of Sequence of Events development and Mixed Model Line Design
n Expert skills in Digital Manufacturing
