n n 3–4+ years of qualified experience in architecture.
n Strong understanding of space planning and architectural planning.
n Excellent skills in floor plan drafting and development.
n Ability to create functional, well-planned layouts based on project requirements.
n Solid knowledge of architectural drawings and detailing.
n Good understanding of materials, dimensions, and design standards.
n Ability to independently handle planning and drafting requirements.
n Valuable communication and coordination skills with the design and execution teams.

n Space planning, floor-plan development, and producing accurate, practical architectural drawings.
