Role & responsibilities
Perform microbiological testing of raw materials, finished products, and in-process samples.
Conduct environmental monitoring of clean rooms and production areas.
Perform water analysis including PW/WFI testing.
Handle microbial culture preparation, media preparation, and growth promotion testing.
Maintain microbiology laboratory documentation as per GMP/GLP requirements.
Ensure calibration and maintenance of microbiology laboratory instruments.
Investigate OOS, OOT, and deviation related to microbiology activities.
Support audit readiness for regulatory and customer audits.

Follow SOPs, safety procedures, and data integrity practices

Preferred candidate profile
Experience in API/Formulation manufacturing plant.
Knowledge of cGMP and regulatory compliance.
Exposure to audit handling (USFDA, WHO, MHRA).
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Valuable communication and team coordination.
Ability to work in shifts and manage laboratory activities independently.
