Key Responsibilities
Develop, test, debug, and maintain software applications under the guidance of senior developers.
Write clean, readable, and maintainable code.
Participate in the complete software development lifecycle.
Work on recent features, enhancements, bug fixes, and application improvements.
Develop and consume REST APIs.
Work with relational or NoSQL databases.
Understand existing codebases and contribute to assigned modules.
Perform unit testing and basic application debugging.
Use Git for source-code management and collaborate with the development team.
Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards.
Troubleshoot technical issues and identify root causes.
Learn and work with new technologies based on project requirements.
Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, product teams, and other stakeholders.

Required Skills
Strong understanding of Core Programming Concepts.
Good knowledge of at least one programming language such as:
Java
Python
JavaScript / TypeScript
C++




Good understanding of OOP concepts.
Basic knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms.
Understanding of DBMS and SQL.
Basic understanding of Operating Systems and Computer Networks.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an advantage.
Basic understanding of REST APIs and JSON.
Familiarity with Git/GitHub.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred / Positive-to-Have Skills
Academic or personal projects in software development.
Exposure to React, Angular, Node.js, Spring Boot, .NET, Django, or similar frameworks.
Basic knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Familiarity with Docker or CI/CD concepts.
Participation in coding competitions, hackathons, or open-source projects.
GitHub projects or a technical portfolio.

Eligibility Criteria
B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related engineering discipline.
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience.
Robust academic foundation in programming and computer science subjects.
Candidates who graduated in 2025 or 2026 are preferred.
No active backlogs at the time of joining.
Willingness to work from the Pune office.
