We are looking for a Sourcing Specialist with experience in sourcing and procurement within the ICM, electronics, semiconductor, EMS, or discrete manufacturing industry .
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop current suppliers.
Handle RFQs, quotation analysis, and price negotiations.
Source electronic components, raw materials, and manufacturing requirements.
Develop alternate suppliers and support cost-reduction initiatives.
Evaluate and monitor supplier performance.
Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Production, and Planning teams.
Maintain sourcing and procurement records in SAP/ERP .
Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field.
3–6 years of relevant sourcing/procurement experience.
Robust negotiation and supplier management skills.
SAP/ERP and MS Excel knowledge preferred.
Experience in ICM / Electronics / Semiconductor / EMS manufacturing will be an advantage.
