Pipeline Generation & Prospecting
Own outbound prospecting across email, cold calling, LinkedIn, and other channels
Identify and target key accounts aligned with company ICP
Build and manage a robust, consistent pipeline of qualified prospects
Conduct deep research on prospects, companies, and industry segments
Qualification & Discovery
Engage with decision-makers (VPs, Directors, Owners, Engineering Heads)

Qualify leads based on business need, budget, timeline, and fit
Schedule high-quality discovery meetings for Account Executives
Maintain strong conversion ratios from outreach meeting opportunity
Campaign Execution
Execute multi-touch outbound campaigns (email + call + social)
Continuously test messaging, sequences, and targeting strategies
Collaborate with marketing on campaign optimization
CRM & Reporting
Maintain accurate records in CRM
Track activity metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution
Provide weekly insights on campaign performance and market feedback

Requirements
2–4 years of proven SDR / outbound B2B sales experience




Robust experience in cold calling and email outreach (must-have)
Experience selling technical or engineering services is highly preferred
Excellent communication and objection-handling skills
Strong research and account-mapping capability
Hands-on experience with CRM tools and sales engagement platform
Highly driven, target-oriented, and self-motivated
Strong business acumen and curiosity to understand client problems
Ability to handle rejection and maintain consistency in outreach
Analytical mindset with a focus on improving conversion metrics
