Team Lead – US Recruitment

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Lead – US Recruitment to manage and mentor a team of recruiters while driving successful delivery for US staffing requirements. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership abilities, hands-on recruitment expertise, client coordination skills, and the capability to work in a rapid-paced target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of US Recruiters to achieve individual and team hiring targets.
Handle the complete recruitment life cycle for US requirements from sourcing to onboarding of candidates.
Allocate requirements within the team and monitor daily recruitment activities and delivery performance.
Source candidates through job portals, databases, references, networking, and other recruitment channels.
Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, domain expertise, experience, communication skills, and cultural fitment.
Ensure quality submissions within defined turnaround time and maintain solid pipeline management.
Coordinate with Account Managers/Clients to understand hiring needs and ensure timely closures.




Track team performance metrics, prepare reports, and share recruitment updates with management.
Train and guide team members on sourcing strategies, recruitment processes, and market trends.
Ensure effective usage of ATS/Internal systems for maintaining recruitment data and process tracking.
Drive team motivation, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly team goals and expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of experience in US Staffing/US Recruitment with team handling exposure.
Experience with VMS/MSP preferred.
Strong understanding of recruitment life cycle and sourcing methodologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven night shift environment.
Solid team management, mentoring, and decision-making capabilities.
Self-motivated, committed team player with a positive attitude.
