Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Key Accounts Executive to manage and develop relationships with major modern trade accounts. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience handling retail chains such as DMart, Reliance Retail/Mart, and similar modern trade customers.

The candidate will be responsible for account management, sales coordination, order processing, relationship management, and ensuring smooth business operations with key retail accounts.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day business operations with assigned modern trade/key accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and retail chains.
- Handle accounts such as DMart, Reliance Retail/Mart, and other modern trade outlets.
- Coordinate with customers regarding orders, deliveries, stock availability, and billing.
- Monitor sales targets, achievement, and account-wise business performance.
- Ensure timely order processing and follow-up for dispatch and delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and Operations.
- Track outstanding payments and coordinate with customers for timely collections.




- Prepare and maintain account-wise sales reports, MIS, and performance updates.
- Identify opportunities for increasing sales and expanding business with existing accounts.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and operational issues promptly.
- Monitor promotions, schemes, pricing, and other commercial activities related to key accounts.

Candidate Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Key Accounts / Modern Trade / Retail Sales.
- Experience handling DMart, Reliance Retail/Mart, or similar large retail chains is preferred.
- Strong understanding of modern trade processes and retail operations.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and basic MIS reporting.
- Target-oriented and commercially aware.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple internal teams.

Compensation & Location Salary: ₹5.5 LPA
