The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in domestic and international ticketing, with proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre). /n /n Key Responsibilities: /n /n

- Manage air ticket bookings, cancellations, reissuances, and fare calculations for domestic and international travel.

/n

- Use GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre) for flight reservations and changes.

/n

- Provide fare quotes, process refunds, and handle schedule changes.

/n





- Ensure accurate ticket issuance and PNR management.

/n

- Assist with customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.

/n

- Stay updated with airline policies and global travel regulations.

- At least 1 year of experience in ticketing.

- Proficiency in at least one GDS system (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre).

- Knowledge of ticketing processes and fare rules.
