Accounts Receivable (AR) Fresher

Job Summary

We are looking for Accounts Receivable (AR) Freshers to join our Finance & Accounting team. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of basic accounting concepts and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Support daily Accounts Receivable activities.
- Review and prepare deposit verification files.
- Check transactions and identify/correct errors.
- Perform basic account statement research and query resolution.
- Maintain trackers, reports, and process documentation.




- Follow process guidelines and meet client SLAs.
- Communicate with internal teams and US counterparts through email.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Required Skills

- Positive understanding of Debit, Credit, Journal Entries, Reconciliation, and basic accounting.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Willingness to learn and work in a night shift.

Eligibility

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
- Freshers / 01 year experience can apply.
- Candidates with internship or academic project experience in Finance/Accounting are preferred.

Work Details

- Shift: 5:30 PM 2:30 AM IST
- Work Mode: Remote
- Base Location: Bangalore / Mumbai / Gurgaon
- Office Visit: Quarterly; travel expenses to be borne by the employee
