Sweetlime by AS is looking for a Junior E-Commerce Merchandiser who is organised, detail-oriented, proactive and eager to grow with the brand.

Key Responsibilities

Pack customer orders carefully and ensure they are ready for dispatch on time

Coordinate production with factories and job workers

Send trims and materials to factories/job workers and follow up on order progress

Maintain regular stock and inventory updates

Use Excel to update inventory, order sheets and production information

Check inventory across our website and third-party platforms for inconsistencies and correct them

Coordinate with internal teams, factories, vendors and job workers to ensure smooth order flow

What We’re Looking For

0–2 years of experience in e-commerce merchandising, operations or a similar role





Comfortable using Excel for sheets, inventory and order tracking

Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Good communication and collaboration skills

Proactive and willing to take ownership

- Hardworking, ambitious and eager to learn and grow within the company
