Jio World Plaza operates daily from approximately 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM , making flexibility across opening and closing shifts essential.

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Fashion Consultant to join our retail team at Jio World Plaza, Bandra. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in fashion, excellent communication skills, and a customer-first approach. The role involves assisting clients with their shopping experience while representing the brand with professionalism and elegance.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers with a warm and professional approach.
- Understand customer preferences and provide appropriate styling and product recommendations.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and provide personalised service.
- Assist customers with product selection, fittings, styling, and coordination.
- Maintain excellent knowledge of the brand, collections, fabrics, silhouettes, and products.
- Support daily store operations, visual merchandising, stock handling, and store upkeep.
- Assist in achieving individual and store-level sales targets.
- Maintain client profiles and support clienteling and follow-ups.




- Handle customer queries and ensure a seamless luxury retail experience.
- Coordinate with the store and management team to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain the brand's presentation and service standards at all times.

Candidate Profile

- 0–2 years of experience in fashion retail, luxury retail, fashion consulting, styling, or a related field.
- Freshers with a strong fashion background and excellent communication skills may also apply.
- Good understanding of fashion, styling, and current trends.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Presentable, confident, and customer-oriented.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
- Willing to work 8.5-hour rotational shifts according to mall operating hours.
- Willing to work weekends and holidays as per the retail roster.
