Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

- Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling, onboarding)

- Maintain employee records and HR databases

- Assist in payroll, attendance, and compliance activities

- Support employee engagement programs and grievance handling

- Draft and update HR policies and procedures

- Coordinate with management for manpower planning and training needs
