Position: Design Hardware Engineer

Experience: 2 - 5 years

Location: Ambernath

Educational Qualification: BTech/B.E. in Electronics Engineering

Roles & Responsibilities:

Hardware

- Assist in electronic hardware design and development.

- Work on Analog, Digital, Power Electronics, SMPS and DC-DC circuits.

- Support schematic design, PCB design/layout, BOM preparation and component selection.

- Work with Microcontrollers, Sensors, Displays, Relays, Motors and Drivers.

- Support EMI/EMC testing, troubleshooting and mitigation through proper grounding, shielding and filtering.

- Perform hardware testing, debugging and troubleshooting.

- Use lab equipment such as Multimeter, Oscilloscope, Power Supply and Electronic Load.

Embedded Software / Firmware

- Develop and debug embedded firmware using C/C .

- Work with Microcontrollers and peripheral interfaces.

- Hands-on exposure to UART, SPI, I²C, RS232/RS485, CAN, USB, Ethernet, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.

- Interface sensors, displays,



communication modules and other peripherals with the controller.

- Support firmware testing, debugging and troubleshooting.

Project & Team Responsibilities

- Support senior engineers in prototype development, testing and validation.

- Assist in hardware/software integration and product debugging.

- Prepare BOMs, test reports and technical documentation.

- Coordinate with R&D;, Production and Quality teams.

- Gradually take independent ownership of assigned tasks.

Required Skills & Experience:

- BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Electronics / E&TC; / Electrical / Instrumentation or related field.

- 2-5 years of experience in electronics/hardware/embedded development.

- Good knowledge of Analog, Digital, Power Electronics and Embedded Systems.

- Experience with Altium Designer or equivalent PCB design tools will be preferred.

- Positive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
