Job Overview

Catalyst Education is looking for a passionate and target-oriented Academic Counsellor to guide students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, and educational programs.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to convert enquiries into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents about available courses and career opportunities.
Handle inbound and outbound leads through calls and direct interactions.
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
Follow up with prospective students and parents regularly.
Convert qualified leads into admissions and achieve monthly targets.
Explain course details, fees, advantages, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain accurate lead and follow-up information in the CRM.
Participate in seminars, career guidance sessions, education fairs, and promotional activities.
Coordinate with the Academic,



Marketing, and Sales teams.
Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Freshers and candidates with 0–3 years of experience in counselling, sales, customer service, or EdTech may apply.
Excellent Malayalam and English communication skills.
Solid interpersonal and convincing skills.
Positive presentation and negotiation abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Candidates: Immediate joiners and candidates with prior EdTech / education sales or counselling experience will be given preference. Pay: ₹12,421.08 - ₹40,527.22 per month
