Role & responsibilities
Lead and manage the Career Counselling team and monitor daily performance.
Counsel students and understand their career goals, educational background, and requirements.
Recommend suitable IT courses and career paths based on student profiles.
Manage leads and ensure timely follow-ups and admission conversions.
Achieve individual and team admission targets.
Train and guide counsellors to improve counselling and conversion performance.
Monitor CRM updates, lead status, follow-ups, and daily activity reports.
Handle student/parent queries, objections, and negotiations effectively.
Coordinate with Training, Placement, and Management teams for student requirements.
Track team performance and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.




Develop solid relationships with students and ensure a positive counselling experience.
Identify prospects to improve lead conversion and overall team productivity.

Preferred candidate profile
Experience: 2 to 5 years in Career Counselling, Education Sales, Admissions, or a similar role.
Education: Any Graduate.
Strong experience in team handling and student counselling.
Excellent communication, convincing, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Good knowledge of IT courses and career opportunities.
Solid lead conversion, follow-up, and target-achievement skills.
Ability to manage CRM, reports, and team performance.
Target-oriented, proactive, and result-driven approach.
