Position Overview

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Store Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of a snacks retail shop located in Malad West, Mumbai.

The ideal candidate should have positive customer-handling, staff-management, stock-management, and cash-handling skills and should be capable of independently managing the store operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the daily operations of the store.
Supervise and coordinate with retail staff.
Ensure proper customer service and smooth store operations.
Manage product displays, stock availability, and replenishment.
Monitor inventory and maintain proper stock records.
Handle cash, UPI payments, and daily sales reconciliation.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.
Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and work performance.
Handle customer queries and resolve routine complaints professionally.
Coordinate with management regarding stock requirements and operational issues.
Ensure products are properly displayed, packed, and available for customers.




Maintain daily sales and operational records.
Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures.
Assist with opening and closing of the store.

Candidate Requirements
Previous experience in retail, food store, snacks shop, supermarket, or similar operations preferred.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to manage and supervise a small team.
Basic knowledge of cash handling, billing, UPI, and inventory management.
Responsible, punctual, and disciplined.
Positive problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Comfortable working for 12 hours per day.
Should be comfortable working in a busy customer-facing environment.
Candidates residing in or around Malad West will be preferred.
