Participate in the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications using relevant front-end and back-end technologies.
Guide and mentor developers, support code reviews, and assist with technical decisions and task prioritization.
Remain hands-on with development and contribute to coding and troubleshooting whenever required.
Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability.
Work closely with DevOps and QA teams to support CI/CD and smooth software delivery.
Support database development, optimization, and performance tuning.
Troubleshoot technical issues across the application and provide support for production issues when required.
Maintain technical documentation related to applications, APIs, and development processes.
Keep up to date with new technologies and suggest improvements that can help enhance team productivity and application scalability.




12+ years of experience in software development with solid experience in Full Stack Development.

Job Specification
Strong hands-on experience with back-end technologies such as .NET, Python, Java, Node.js, or equivalent technologies.
Experience with front-end technologies such as Angular, React, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
Good understanding of REST APIs, Web APIs, and application architecture.
Robust understanding of relational databases with the ability to optimize queries and stored procedures.
Familiarity with Git and exposure to Azure DevOps or similar tools.
Experience with Azure or AWS cloud services.
Exposure to AI-assisted development tools and AI integration in software applications is an added advantage.
Experience in leading, mentoring, or managing a team while remaining hands-on technically.
Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Exposure to Agile methodology and sprint-based delivery.
