We are looking for a dynamic Technical Project Manager with expertise in civil engineering and hydroponics operations. The ideal candidate will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring integration of civil infrastructure with up-to-date hydroponic systems. This role requires solid leadership, technical knowledge, and operational management skills.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning : Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for civil and hydroponic operations.
Civil Infrastructure Oversight : Supervise construction, site development, and structural works related to hydroponic facilities.
Hydroponics System Management : Coordinate installation, maintenance, and optimization of hydroponic systems for sustainable crop production. Manage vendors, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance. Prepare reports, technical drawings, and compliance documents for project approvals.
Monitor project budgets, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective execution. Lead cross-functional teams, assign tasks, and ensure smooth collaboration between civil and agricultural experts. Ensure projects adhere to environmental standards, safety regulations, and sustainable practices.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Agricultural Engineering and Master's degree in Business Administration, Project Management or related field.
8 years of minimum experience in project management, with exposure to civil works and hydroponics.
Strong knowledge of hydroponic farming systems and civil construction processes.
Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Preferred Attributes
Experience in integrating civil infrastructure with agricultural technology.
Knowledge of sustainable farming practices and contemporary irrigation systems.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Work Environment
Office-based with frequent site visits to civil and hydroponic facilities.
Collaboration with engineers, agronomists, and operations teams.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
